2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
5. Exchanges

6. Order Cancellation

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Pak-verse.store will cover the return shipping costs.
